You initially projected a race between “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” and “Frost/Nixon” for the Best Drama Golden Globe. But now “Button” has faded, and “Slumdog Millionaire” has bolted to the front of the pack. We at MP think that the HFPA will be all-in for fellow journalist David Frost and his heavyweight interview with Richard Nixon. In terms of revenue, of course, “Benjamin Button” topped them all with a surprisingly successful $27 million opening weekend.
